Sony has officially announced the highly anticipated PS5 Pro, set to hit shelves in November 2024 with a price tag of $700. This next generation console promises to deliver a gaming experience with enhanced graphics, improved performance, and a host of new features.
“PS5 Pro is available as a disc-less console, with the option to purchase the currently available Disc Drive for PS5 separately,” Sony’s Hideaki Nishino wrote in the PlayStation Blog article. That means if you buy both the console and the disk drive, you’ll end up paying around $779.98.
